Fear of failure prevents many of us from even giving our dream a chance. When we do trust ourselves enough to go for it, we tend to overachieve and end up burning our wings. What if we could align our ambition with our personal well-being and achieve success with ease?

Sustainable leadership requires trust, inner knowing and resourcefulness. The amount of work we put in won’t create an impact long-term if it’s driven by stress and adrenaline, but we can learn systems and routines to work smarter, not harder.

In this hands-on workshop, Alexandra Kinloch will share her entrepreneurial journey on how to let go of the overachiever mindset while still achieving your goals. She will share simple practical strategies she uses at The Inside Academy to help her clients conquer their fear of failure, ditch their overachiever habits, and gain the confidence they need to reach an even higher level of success.
